Portrait: Carrie Fernandez

So here's my first attempt at replacing the low resolution portrait of Carrie Fernandez with a custom one. I'm a complete beginner when it comes to portraits though so I'll probably attempt another one as I hopefully get better (which seems a reasonable expectation considering how long this project is taking).
